At CNCPTS, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we accept returns on unworn, tagged merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and footwear is placed inside its original shoe box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
